| How can I determine how long I need the cars for? |
| The best way is to work out how long
it will take from where you are getting ready to where
you are having the service/ceremony and what time you need
to be at the reception. This will determine the pickup
and drop off time. |
|
| |
| Do I need to organise a getaway car at the end of my reception? |
| After a long day where everyone has had a hectic time in the lead up to the wedding or have had a few drinks at the reception, you want to go to your hotel not worrying about who will take you. A Bridal Affair can provide a car to whisk you to your hotel. |
|
| |
| Do I need to organise drinks or nibbles during photos for the bridal party? |
| No. A Bridal Affair supplies champagne,
ice water, soft drink and nibbles during photos as we are
aware that you most properly haven’t had anything
to eat since breakfast. |
|
| |
| Do we need to bring umbrellas in case it rains? |
No. A Bridal Affair carries a number
of umbrellas with them at all times.
|
|
| |
| When does my hire time begin? |
| Your time begins when the cars arrive to pick you up and finishes when we drop you off at your reception. A Bridal Affair only charges for the time you use the cars and not when they leave the base. In fact we are always there 10 minutes before you nominate your leaving time to put your mind at ease that the cars have turned up and are ready to leave when you are. |
|
| |
| How much does it cost to hire the cars? |
| As each wedding is different and requirements
vary for each couple, we tailor the package to suit your
needs. That way you are not paying for something you don’t
require. To get an accurate quote call us to discuss your
day. We may also be able to offer alternatives that you
may not have thought of. You will be pleasantly surprised
that our prices are very competitive without compromising
on services or quality. |
|
| |
| Are we limited to where we can have photos? |
You should discuss this with your
photographer and have a couple of options in case it rains
or you are running unexpectedly late. However try and keep
the photo locations within the same vicinity or on the
way to the reception. This will cut the traveling time
and increase the time and light you have for photos. That
way you will not be rushed and can enjoy your day. You
may need to check with various councils if permission/permit
is need.
After all you will only have these photos to remind you of your joyous day when reminiscing with family and friends. |

| A Bridal Affair is accredited with
the NSW Department of Transport. We also have all the relevant
insurances and a $10million public liability cover. Our
cars are only used for weddings and not for everyday personal
use. We are committed to our industry and operate the company
full time and not as a weekend hobby. |
